Incorrect Perma Ban.
On late hours of 3rd August my account got declared permanently banned despite never breaking any rules. I submitted an appeal pleading my case, since I should've never been banned, which said to expect a response within 24 hrs, now nearly 48 hrs later, still nothing.
I still don't even have an email to say my account is banned and/or why it got banned. I just can't access the FC25 servers after launching the game. Is there a live chat still I'm able to speak to?
Also fairly annoyed since I presume this incorrect ban could cost me a chance of getting Closed Beta access to FC26.
