Input Lag After Corners in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team – Player Switch Not Working

I am writing to report a severe gameplay issue in EA Sports FC 25 on PC, specifically within the Ultimate Team – Division Rivals mode.

The issue appears as extreme input lag, especially after corner kicks, where I completely lose control for 10 seconds or more. During this time, I am unable to switch players, and none of my inputs register. The game appears to run, but I cannot take any action.

RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Build 19045)

Problem details:

Severe input delay (10+ seconds), mainly after set pieces like corners
Player switching becomes unresponsive
