i cant ssubmit an appeal in my 2nd account

my RTG account disabled and i want to go to live chat and submit an appeal but it says i cant, why ? is there a problem? there is no chat section and it doesnt let appeal to get sent

    Just checking in here, and spotted your reply.

    i want to go to live chat ,there isnt any chat with us section, there isnt any email us too

    Ban appeals aren't cases the support team can help with. So there isn't an option to use live chat for them. 

    The team you're looking for is Terms of Service. They only operate through the web form. You can submit a webform using the steps in this guide:

     

    Are those the steps you've been following to date, aside from the live chat attempts?

    What's happening for you when you try to submit an appeal but can't? Is the button greyed out? Are you getting an endless loading loop? Could you pop up a screenshot of what's happening?

    it says this when i want to send an apeal , and the second problem is i want to go live chat, but the chat with us section doesnt show up in any time
