Keep getting dashboarded

I keep getting dashboarded on my Xbox series X. Only started this last week. Internet is strong and have no lag then get kicked. My son plays his account on the same Xbox and has no issues. I factory reset my Xbox but it kept happening. Anyone else experiencing this?
