Kicks me out of the game every time I play.

So from past 3-4 days the game has been kicking me out every time I play online game in EAFC25. I even contacted the PlayStation they couldn’t do anything about the problem. I was hoping if anyone could help me. It keeps saying something went wrong with this game or app and kicks me out of the game when I play. Please I need help on this game.
