lag in ultimate team

Hello I always play ultimate team on pc and everytime I play a game of rivals I have these massive lag spikes where the game freezes and then speeds up.

I also have quite some input delay with my controller on my pc and its very hard to succesfully do a dribble or a simple tackle.

Also when my fc25 is open, the rest of my pc lags like crazy, my whole pc is in 10fps except the game. the specs of my pc are very good and i never have this even playing call of duty or smt,
