This has solved the issue for:
go to windows security> device security>core isolation details> turn memory intergrity on> restart pc
It's sad that tech support can't help... binhbob23, thanks for the solution. I played for about an hour without freezing.
I follow this steps, at least my laptop is not freezing anymore but game ends in a black screen - task manager the only way to close it...
