Locked out of Sbc’s

sounds like he might have a so-called soft ban, which is the automatic security system jumping in, thinking he's a bot. Please don't touch the SBCs for 24 hours and try again then - if it's a soft ban, it should be gone by that point. 

Thanks but we have tried this already and he is still locked out. If we delete and reinstall the game will his progress be lost?
