Lost Players

I bought a pack and got 97 Osimhen and 95 Nusken. Put them into my club, then went to club. It wouldn’t let me in and kept coming up with an error. I accepted and reported it each time but couldn’t get into my club for 2/3 days. I contact for help where I was told to uninstall and reinstall the game. I did this and it allowed me to get into my club but these players were missing and also 10+ players were greyed out and not available. I have received no help and lost my money at present.

    I'm sorry if they told you we could help with this. We're not able to handle missing content claims over the forums. We will keep an eye out for others with the same issue though in case it's a widespread problem.
