Manager mode CE-108255-1 crash

I've got a problem when I try and load my Middlesbrough squad on manager mode. I've reinstalled the game, rebuilt the database, reset my console and tried a friend's console and this error always occurs when loading my Middlesbrough squad. I've created a new squad and loaded a different squad and the game loads and plays just fine. 

However when trying to load my Middlesbrough squad my Playstation says "Something went wrong with this game or app" error code CE-108255-1. I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have a solution?
