Application Can't Launch With Not Owned Notification

Dear EA Support Team and Grup Disscussion,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with the game FC25, which I purchased through the Epic Store. Unfortunately, since today, I have been unable to launch the game.

I have already reported this issue to Epic Store support, and they advised me to contact EA Support for help with the connection between my EA account and Epic account.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Best regards,

Alfito Dewa

I have the same problem. Here's what I do.

When that epic "Application is not owned" window shows, untick the "go to" checkbox and click ok. Then in the epic run fc, it will show ea with loading (or it will disappear). Close loader if it did not disappear, open fc from ea, it will show the same window on epic. Untick checkbox, click ok, the game should start. If it doesn't keep trying, going back and forth between apps, remember to uncheck the checkbox.

I don't know if that's the exact workaround that always worked (I just tested it now and it did) but I'm able to run the game. Anyway this needs to be fixed.

  • Hey. I tried what my friend said and I got it. After two days, the game opened normally.
