Matchmaking ping is horrible but my internet is perfectly fine

Hello guys, starting last week all of a sudden my matchmaking ping took a huge hit for absolute no reason. Last week I played every single game of fut champs with 100+ ping and this week has been the same. I have tried playing other games live marvel rivals and valorant and i have no lag whatsoever but once i play any online game mode on eafc 25 i have insane lag. My internet works perfectly fine. I am on ps5 and connected to the internet via the ethernet cable. 

Please help. It's very frustrating.
