October 17th edit.
While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.
Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

I have done all the preseason challenges in ea fc 24 and was max level in the season pass.
so there are some packs missing and until now still not received.

When I logged on the 10th of October I didn’t’ find the rewards.
missing rewards are the packs from completing the ladder,road to fc25 evo and for the club I,II and III
checked at 6:00 pm gmt +2

missing rewards only got 82x10 was supposed to have multiple packs from fc24 .
I completed all the pre-season objectives, but i recieved only the 80+ x 10 and the 81+ x7 pack.
