Missing TOTY player item

Hi, 

I logged into FUT the other day and my first owned, pack pulled TOTY vini jr was missing, he was a concept in my team, i checked my club, my discard recovery - nothing. i didn't SBC him, he was just missing from my team, i would like to think if i accidently set an sbc to high to low, i would have lost more than just one player item as i own a few 94/93's etc.

I cant see much being done about it, ive contact live support for assistance, to be told there is no record of me ever owning this player item, despite the fact i put a fut birthday cosmetic design on him & i did pack this item, untradable during TOTY so its not like i sold him either.

I would love this to be re-instated and returned to me.
