my game giving me greenscreen after opening it

i keep opening my game and it only give me greenscreen and i cant select anything, i deleted the game and downloaded it again yet its still not working.

i have tried to reach the support via email and chat and they responded to chat after a while and i cant respond back, i need an assistance!
