No ban, can’t log in on console or on web-app, says EA Servers are not available

For 72 hours now, I have been trying to get in touch with the EA Support team to address this issue that seems to only be affecting my account. The web app can’t be logged into, nor can the console version for any of the modes that include online modes

I’ve tried reinstalling the game, provisioning the licenses, changing WIfi settings, unlinking and relinking my EA Account with my PSN, changing password, re-verifying login, and still have zero answers or movement on being able to log in.

there are also no bans listed on my account, and the last thing I did was back on Thursday/Friday when I logged into the web app and did some sbcs.

please help, this has been a very hard weekend and really would just love access to this game!
