not launching the game

Hello, yesterday I purchased a game pass subscription on my laptop. After downloading the game, I tried to log in to it, a small window appeared with the inscription FC25 and a gray stripe at the bottom. It hangs like that for a few seconds, and then it just collapses and I'm thrown into the EA app. Please tell me how to solve this problem.
