Pack Redeem Glitch

I have pack name 'card.desc.SilverPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting an glitch/error and immediately logs off my account and implicitly i cannot open any other pack

This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5.
