PC friend cant see me on active friend list (Xbox)

When Ea Fc 25 launched I play the game with 10 hour trial opportunity. When my free trial is expired due to play hour I just buy game to my Xbox with same EA play account. After this my Pc friends can't see my on active friend list while we try to play rivals together. I thought it appearing because of Pc trial, I tried to unlink my microosft account with my ea acc but it didn't solve the problem. Can account admins help me for solution. I want to play with my friends.
