PC settings file missing after update.

I’ve just done an update on FC 25 on pc, loaded the game up and my saved file with all my ultimate team progress is gone. It’s just asking me to create a new settings file.
I’ve spoken to someone on EA chat and they got me nowhere. It’s not just time I’ll lose its money on points and packs.
Is there a solution?

Hey GrizzlyB09 Your Ultimate Team progress is saved online on our servers, and it is not related to the Personal Settings 1 profile that you create after launching the game. Those are just your account settings, and you can create a new profile to continue the game.
