Ping problems

I am living in Poland and had the same issue as the australian guys. For me it works to restart my computer and then I get into ultimate team. 

But my problem is that now my ping is 38-40. 3 days ago it was always 20 or lower. Any idea what has happned? Was a server shut down or something?
