Player Lock and Input Issues Causing Uncontrollable Animations

For a long time now, while playing FC UT, I've experiencing input and animation issues that I can't control.

Examples:

When I use Player Lock, the locked player sometimes makes a pass to random player even though I'didnt press any button.

Sometimes when Player Lock is active, cursor disappears from all players I lose control of the ball carrier.
After winning the ball in defense, my player sometimes takes a heavy touch backward off his foot, as if I had pulled R3, even though I didn't.
R3 switching doesn't always select the correct player.
L1 switching sometimes doesn't go to the player with the next player indicator.
I have Input Overlay and Player Direction Indicators turned on. I can clearly see my correct commands are not always reflected in game.
These things only happen in FC 25. I don't experience any of these issues in other games.
As someone who has played Elite Division since Elite Rivals started, I'm tired of fighting the game mechanics instead of my opponents.
