Players not sprinting, moving super slow - Cheating or bug?

This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I just got into a Champs Finals match and my players wouldn't sprint, they couldn't pass faster than 1 mph, and my goalkeeper wouldn't dive to save shots. Holding sprint did nothing and my players moved like they're snails, all making it impossible for me to have any chance of winning. This only affected me, not my opponent, who was katashi105 (also known as habibemohamed004), who I've reported. I've recorded a clip of it but can't share it here, unless someone can advise me how I can. Is this cheating or is this a bug?
