Re: Eafc 25 half time blackscreen and empty pitch

• Summary of Issue:  black screen issue sometimes after loadin match, when halftime starts replays dont load cannot continues second halftime, sometimes I see just empty pitch, or sometimes after match just get empty screen and game freeze, some replays players just standing frozen on pitch during replays in first halftime when I enter menu, my game crash aswell sometimes on kits selection mostly in kick off than I need to repair it to make it work again, it looks like something is gettin broken randomly in game

• Summary of Issue:   black screen issue often during the halftime just after i press "resume game". Sometimes i see a black screen, sometimes the left penalty box, sometimes just an empty pitch. When I score a goal in the first half the replay is often broken, I see the ball moving around without any player kicking it or just the players standing still in the midfield. I play in a state of constant anxiety.

Hey @strapo1332 @Arnoldo8686 I see that you both play on laptops. Please ensure that you also update the integrated graphics card drivers and set up a gaming profile for the FC25 to launch using the higher-performance graphics card.

Make sure to enable performance mode on your laptop and turn on game mode in Windows.

Lower down or change some of the in-game settings to see if those will impact performance. 

@EA_Pulsar Im very very clever with computers, u think Im playing with integrated graphic card? that I am so stupid?? I have all drivers updated... using only graphic card to play games obviously, I didnt spend 1500 euro on gaming laptop to play your buggy game on integrated card... this problem has something to do with menu UI or replays, that second half dont load... problem its on your side!!!! not on ours ...

@EA_Pulsar I found out what it is related to... Black screen always happens when replays are not working correctly, for exxample match full intro doesnt show up, I only see players on pitch directly in circle,or when I pause game players are freezed so the replays dont load correctly....replays are broken..so its on your side problem that persist... not on ours, Its nothin to do with drivers or windows settings, I analyzed problem properly for example one match my replays are correct so I continue match till end of game, other match replays dont work properly showin me frozen players on pitch or in game goal celebrations dont load properly, last time I was watch POV Camera after free kick of totaly different player not the one that  shot the goal.... REPAIRED GAME many times reinstalled but problem persists!!!

@EA_Pulsar yeah sometimes the match donesnt even load and I get stucked on empty blackscreen directly or after match I cant get to menu also stuckdd on empty background with infinite loading... its defo related to replays or menu UI.... I hope the fix comes asap... cause I cannot play career mode... and its realy frustrating with your product.

Are you really telling me that the only advice you can give us is 'make sure the game uses the powerful GPU'?

We're talking about a game that was paid for with good money and has been unusable for a month. Can you refer me to real customer support? Thank you.

so the gaming laptop for 1300  euro is  not enough for your game? AMD RYZEN 7  is not enough or RTX 4060???  I think thats more than recommended system requirements...

It’s unacceptable that every time they fix one thing, they break another. My money was good.

You mentioned the black screen with a green triangle going endlessly round and round and never loading into the match, right? That problem happened to me on FC 24 but I don't really recall how I managed to fix it. The same hapens again on FC 25. Have no words or explanation for it!!!!  :-(

try to delete the settings profile before entering the game and start a new one, i had the same issue going on and it worked for me

I bought the game on Steam but every time I progress many seasons in the manager career this thing happens and I am forced to use Alt F4 and hope that the next one goes better. But obviously don't. I tried all, honestly I don't know that to do more for trying to resolve.
My PC specifications are excellent, I have a 9800X3D and an RTX 5080 so I should not have any kind of problem and I don't have any issue with other games.

Intro of the matches are glitched/stucked, the pitch remains empty during the presentation and already from there I understand that after the end of the first half the players will no longer return for play the second half.
Replays are broken too, if I can't see the players during automatic game replays it means the game is broken and from this I already know that it will crash at the end of the first half.

I can simulate the matches but I paid to play them, otherwise I would have stayed on Football Manager.
It is honestly unplayable at a certain point because it does it every 2/3 matches and sometimes all the times with certain teams.

From what is my experience, I can say that I have noticed this error more frequently with Premier League and La Liga teams, maybe because these are the teams that have better reconstructed stadiums with particular music and atmospheres? I don't know.

What I find inconceivable is that this thread has been around for 8 months and this bug has been around since the game launched practically and it still hasn't been fixed.

I'm very disappointed and probably won't buy FC again in the future if this is the situation.
