Re: Pro Clubs crashes when loading for everyone in my club

This has also happened to me and my friends, the only game mode we play on FC25 and simply cannot play it because of a game breaking glitch!!!

I am also a part of this Club (EL Tigers). Any attempt now at loading up the Clubs game mode results in an instant crash. Me and my friends exclusively play this mode and now this is literally impossible. We believe the issue is caused by the AI player customisation, as mentioned above, since our club mate had just saved some changes, and then we all crashed and this bug occurred. 

Upon inspection within this forum, there are multiple other people experiencing this issue, some have been experiencing this for up to 8 WEEKS! The game released 15 and a half weeks ago as of me making this post. Which means they have not been able to use a significant portion of the product they have bought for over HALF of the time they have owned this unfinished title. They described the same sequence of events we experienced with the AI Customisation.

The repeated negligence from the moderators of this forum on not providing updates and only giving the most simple of instructions, like, 'restart your game', 'try uninstalling and reinstalling', is simply appalling. This is clearly a very deep in code issue which can only be fixed by these events being reported to the game developers and bug fixing team. I have attached a clip below which shows what happens 100% of the time when trying to load into the game mode. This does not happen occasionally. It happens Every, Single, Time.  

This issue occurs on every platform as reported on this forum. This is not an easy fix. EA must investigate into this issue. I have no doubt there are Hundreds, if not Thousands of people experiencing this same issue, but since the Pro Clubs community is a fragment of the games total player base, it is completely ignored in favour of its Gold Mine, Cash Rich counterpart Ultimate Team.

Unfortunately you might have to find another game to play. Me and my teammates have been experiencing this since November with absolutely no response from EA. Then they wonder why player count is dropping WHEN THE GAME DOESNT EVEN WORK.

I used an alternate account (Xbox) and it worked just fine, when I went to check my club one of my players had his name and appearance changed completely and my friend confirmed it wasn’t him who changed it. So I wouldn’t be surprised if hackers have something to do with this or just a pathetic glitch from EA’s side where 2 players from different clubs got switched and both teams can’t load in now

We're all in the dark brother. Better part of 2 months dealing with this. It's insane. They just stole all of our money barely a month after release.

This post has now been active for 3 days, and has not had a single reply from an EA Community Manager. There are multiple other posts made since this one with less reply's that have been responded to.

Why is our topic being ignored? 

We have had this problem since November. Clubs is the main reason we all bought the game.

EA Help live chat advisors are useless. Forum mods on here have completely ignored us:

I am in the same club as @TazzaFlanagan the other people are having the same problem with their separate clubs.

There have been quite a few threads

• Summary of Issue:  FC25 crashes every time anyone in our club tries to load Pro Clubs from the main menu. This has been happening since early November for our club.
• Potential Repro Steps:  Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling game as well as wiping FC25 storage. Issue occurs for anyone who joins our Club even if their game was working fine beforehand. Cannot delete or leave club because we can't even load the game mode from the main menu. EA Help live chat advisors cannot help.

  • Just tried it again right now (17:00 UK time) and the same thing is happening. First encountered early November and have been completely unable to play since then.

@EA_Vendcera Hi, thank you for the reply, as our posts have been ignored as well. Same exact issue minus the AI situation, we think at least. We're across three different platforms and it completely crashes our game when we try to access clubs.

• Summary of Issue: FC25 Pro clubs will not allow club members to enter the menu's due to the club been glitched. Unsure if its due to the AI customisation or something else but i edited the AI's and then it broke. If you delete the saved data you will be asked to edit your pro but then crash after you save the pro.

Yes, this issue only occurs when entering Pro Clubs. After investigation it seems that this issue has been in the game since launch and has slowly inflicted itself on more people.

• Summary of Issue: When loading into the Pro Clubs mode from the main menu, the game instantly freezes and then crashes. This issue occurs to any member of our club (EL Tigers).
• Potential Reproduction Steps: We believe that this issue is caused by the corruption of the Club AI's Customization. Since this issue occurred just after our Team Manager had edited a couple of the AI and then saved the changes. I believe this issue will be hard to reproduce as we have changed the AI many times before. If you would like to experience the game crashing, you can join our club and you will 100% reproduce the crashes as described on every platform.

Problem remains for my club after downloading the recent update.
