Season 7 level 32 glitch
Level 32 of the season pass glitched out wouldn’t let me claim. So I restarted the game and it says claimed now but no pack or player pick? Not good when you’ve paid for it.

Community ManagerJust log out from your Xbox account and sign back in. It should synchronize your account.
Checking your items on the web app or the companion app may also help you make sure that those rewards haven't been granted already.
I use the web app everyday near enough and I’ve still had nothing. I reached the next level and I thought that may release them. But it didn’t. Gutted really decent player and packs I’ve missed out on.
