I recently move to North America but I can’t play a single match without getting disconnected, I tried every recommendation but nothing works, I don’t know if there is any way to change my server

Air wireless it’s called i don’t really know, but FC it’s the only game where I have connection problems, mainly FUT

Community ManagerCan you confirm if you're playing over a mobile connection or are you connected to a router in your home? If you're using a router, is your connection wired or wireless?

it's been awhile since you ran that test. Can you do it again? Those steps are in my post here. I'd like to see if you get similar results still. If so, that's an issue you're going to need to contact your ISP about. that much packet loss is either from your home network equipment or something on their end.
