SOLUTION TO CRASHING (especially 12th-14th gen CPU's)

For all of you thats been encountering errors in form of FC 25 crashing mid game (every game), i may have found a solution.

To my knowledge, this only applies to 13th and 14th gen Intel cpus, whereas the i9 13900f, i9 13900kf, i9-13900k and the i9-14900k are the most common denominator.

As you know, the game team at Ea, well they dont work to well. Every new fifa or fc installment has come and will come less and less optimised for both console and pc.


After countless of hours of troubleshooting, i have fixed my issues with the game FC25. This could be pure luck, but as it worked similarly for one of my mates, im confident its a partal solution. 

ISSUE SPICIFIED:

- Launch works, can sit in the menus for hours, do sbcs etc, once ingame, after 30+ minutes, game crashes, no error code, straight to the desktop. 

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS: 

- Uninstalling / reinstalling game drivers, rolled tried multiple versions of the nvidia drivers.

- updating windows

- firewall exclusions

- tweaking game settings

- overlays

- administrative privelegies

WHAT SOLVED IT FOR ME:

So i got a hunch, had the 2nd newest Bios update, and with BIOS adapting ASUS's "power plan" instead of whats actually reccomended by Intel.
Updating my BIOS to the latest version for my motherboard restricted my cpu usage, 
This combined with tuning my powerplan with Process Lasso, setting it to the "BitSum Highest Performance" aswell as using Process Lasso to set FC25 to High priority.


SINCE THIS FIXED THE ISSUES FOR ME, AND NOW THAT I HAVE 45 POINTS IN RIVALS, I NOW HAVE THE TIME TO HELP ANY OF YOU WITH THE SAME ISSUES.
