Community ManagerI'm asking because it sounds like it might be a soft ban, which gets triggered if you leave a bunch of games shortly after each other. If it is a soft ban, then Iwilllose just needs to wait ~24 hours before they can play again.
As everyone who gets this knows, it is the exact same circumstances. Squad battles game crashes, back to main menu, awarded a 3-0 loss. It has been the case for months.
I had the exact same problem you had 2 hours ago. Was playing a match on legendary, scored a goal and got a "crash". I usually end in E1 but now impossible because i miss out on 2500 SB points... EA doesnt helps you. But when an icon pack is releassd with wrong information in Chinese, everyone gets compensation.
