Still Locked Out of Ultimate Team After Ban lifted
I am posting this since my account has been recently banned lifted but I can’t enter ultimate team on my console , web app or companion I tried reaching out the support to fix my problem but the first one I chatted with said I can’t do anything and closed the case as no fix so I resumed the case and after waiting 2 hours I talked to another agent and he told me it’s our priority to fix this it will be escalated to our game team but I am so unsatisfied with how things happen in ea the support is really so unprofessional he will give you the solutions which i eventually tried them all before contacting him and if they didn’t fix my problem this means you need to do more effort and find me a solution because my problem after doing a deep search is not from my end it’s from ea servers so how does ea really operate with this awful support people are not happy especially I forgot to mention I was banned with a false flag to my account and I appealed and waited 9 days from them to accept it and after they accepted it unfortunately I can’t enter ultimate team and I tried changing my password to force logout of all consoles and devices it didn’t work out and I did mention for the agent that I tried everything online and didn’t work so I would really appreciate if someone out here can help since I do have an ongoing case now and I hope that this agent really did escalate it to the game team and they will fix it but I want to know if someone had a similar problem I really hate how everything operates in ea I am playing this game since 2012 but after them ruining the game and the support and the serves I am really no longer happy or enjoying the game
