Still waiting login verification code issue

Hi, I have been waiting for a login verification code and still haven’t received anything.

 

I just got a new Xbox Series X and downloaded the EA Sports FC 25 Xbox Series S/X version. On my old Xbox One, I had the Xbox One version. When I try to go into the game on my new console, it asks for a login verification code. It says it has sent a code to the correct email (which is still active and belongs to my mom), but no code has arrived. We have checked every Gmail folder, including spam, as well as SMS, and still nothing.

 

I even tried turning off 2-step verification, but it still requires a code that never arrives. At the moment, I can only play offline. I just want to be able to log in without trouble, add a secondary email and my own number for verification, and finally play online clubs with my friends.

 

My Xbox Gamertag is Junebug#8873.

I have submitted multiple cases but have not received any reply from EA. I don’t understand why this has not been solved yet, and I’m still waiting for help.

 

Please disable or reset the login verification on my account, or provide another way to verify my identity so I can play EA FC 25 online.

    Hey there, if you're not getting verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
    • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.

    I see know that my Gmail storage is full and I don't see a past email from mailto:ea@e.ea.com but I did do everything else to double check. Is it possible if you guys can change the email address from my mom's one to my one. And manually disable the 2-step verification thing.
