The game FC25 on PC gets stuck on the promo screen at the bottom — you can’t do anything. I reinstalled the EA app, the game itself, the EA anti-cheat, and my graphics drivers. Nothing helps. Is this some kind of trick to make us buy FC26? I don’t understand! Can this be considered a scam?
What helped me was turning off the internet and launching the game offline

It seems they only care about money. There’s no proper support to actually fix the problem. They’re monopolists who don’t care at all about their players. Why do people even tolerate this, keep buying their games, and support this nonsense?!

Got a similar problem. The screen is stuck like this ->
Tried same thing, reinstalled the game. Restarted router,EA app, played some offline games just make sure nothing is corrupted. Nothing helps. It just stuck on promo black screen.
