Community ManagerHey everyone,
I wanted to give you a quick update. While our previous changes to the EA anticheat solved it for most players, we recognize that some of you are still having PC performance issues.
We are working with the team on it, but it's a bit difficult getting to the bottom of it and reproducing the issues on our machines.
Some additional info and new DxDiags would be helpful for the investigation.
You can find instructions on how to run a DxDiag diagnosis in our EA Help article here.
Please click on the paper clip symbol when replying to attach the DxDiag .txt file to your post.
While DxDiags would be preferred, you can just post your system specs as well.
Can you also be a more specific when you are experiencing these issues? Maybe only in certain modes or under specific circumstances?
How do these performance issues appear ingame exactly? Does the game stutter, FPS drops, or is there something like input delay?

At what point can we just get a refund? Clearly, you're unable to solve the problem. The product we have been sold is defective & your game isn't worth us waiting for you to fix.

They simply do not respect the playerbase. All they care about is selling packs to kids.

Why can't I roll back the game to working versions when there were no glitches???
The 1% low fps is always 20-30 low than the base FPS, for example, if you set 120fps, the 1% low fps in the game is always 90 or 80, and for many times it falls to 30 during miliseconds. It occurs mainly in multiplayer modes, pro clubs when the others players touch the ball. The problem is worst when you put it in the professional camera (GK).
I have completely solved the problem with stuttering etc. you can enjoy the game without any drop in performance. only the game is offline you can't play online.
