Stuttering on PC after the Update?

Hey Community,  do you guys have the same Problem after the Update that the game has stuttering. It run smooth before the update without problem after game i have every 5-10sec micro stuttering its...

@OwenB763 It can not be fixed for everyone as everyone has different PC, so there is no universal fix.

True, tried to play 120hz 60fps, 60fps 60hz and game still feels choppy. I feel like i am playing on 30 fps while i have 60 fps locked. Rushes are smooth for me
