Stutters and lag

Since I bought ea fc 25 I have not been able to play it normaly without the game either stuttering or lagging. I play on laptop but my specs or the internet connection is not the issue because I have checked and it works just fine. It also has big fps drops and micro stuttering in offline gamemodes aswell, and ultimate team or other online gamemodes are even worse. I really need help with this issue, fix this EA.
