Subject: Unable to Access EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Despite Owning It on Steam

Hello EA Team,

I am experiencing an issue when trying to launch EA SPORTS FC™ 25. Every time I attempt to open the game, I receive the following error message:

"You don’t have access. This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again."

I want to clarify that I own the game on **Steam** and it is already installed on my PC. I am using my EA , and I am sure I’m logged in correctly.

Please help me solve this issue so I can access the game I purchased.
