Hey bullseye6 seeing a number of errors there so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
Can you also try creating a new Windows admin account and try the game there to see if you continue to have the same issue?

Thanks for the suggestions, Darko.
Just to clarify—my system is actually running a fresh install of Windows, so I was a bit surprised to see potential missing or corrupted files already. That said, I’ll go ahead and run the System File Checker tool as recommended, and I’ll also try creating a new admin account to test the game there.
I’ll report back with the results shortly.
