I followed the steps you suggested and have attached a report for your reference.

Additionally, I tried running the game using a new administrator account. While Steam shows the game as "running," it does not actually launch.

Since performing the SFC scan, I'm now experiencing an issue where my monitor flickers (black screens), even during normal use.

Please advise on how to proceed.

A black screen or flicker would point to system issues bullseye6​ and not be something caused by running the tool.

Your updated DxDiag still shows issues and errors including account related ones.

    I understand.. I only mentioned it because that is when I noticed it and thought I should let you know

    I restarted my PC and the flickering issue seems to have fixed itself. However, I just played a kick off game but the game still stutters.

    Anything else I can try EA_Darko​
