Technical issue Ultimate Team

Today I played a total of 8 games of division rivals. This from about 2 hours. Every time when I was far ahead my opponent disconnected. Normally you get the win and +3 points progress for the rival rewards. However, today I was thrown out of ultimate team 8 times with the reason: "Cannot connect to ultimate team." Everything else worked normally, but I could not close the games normally. My internet was working fine as welk.

The EA help employee could not help me with this problem. Is there a way to get compensation or to have the games added to the account? My account may be investigated. I also missed out on rewards because of this and my loan players are gone.
