there is to many computers connection on this account of fc 25

this is my error and i cant help i already tried all youtube tips what can you help me guys?

This error should resolve itself within 24 hours or so.

The EA protection software wrongly recognises a VPN as another computer. Because of this, I am continually locked out for 24 hours. This is not my fault for using a VPN. Can you please advise on unlocking my game immediately - I should not have to wait 24 hours to play the game that I paid for because of something that is not my fault.
