Third time consulting this for help unable to view friend on list

Friend had a week ban and upon being unbanned his name is fully greyed out like he doesnt exist check picture attached. This has happened before in the past which didnt resolve itself for nearly a week someone anyone contact me to try help because its a joke that i cant contact or play with my friend because of this issue
