this software cant be used at the same time
already did everything i could do solve it but nothing helps. Anyone that could help? Is it only me ?

but I have never installed anything like that and I don't have it there I have already checked all the solutions that it could be but nothing is working for me
and im rly upset cuz i wanted to play today cuz new promo and i cantand suddenly I got into the game and it kick me back, I don't know what's happening and I repeat the same thing again and once againg same error as its on that screenshot i sent
