Too many computer have accessed

Hello, I’ve already tried all troubleshooting steps (clear cache, reinstall EA App, verify Steam files, relink account, reinstall Windows,change password), but the error “Too many computers have used this account” still persists. 
Note : Im not using VPN,  and only this PC that login to my ea account

This is not a local PC issue, it’s a license/device activation problem on your servers.
I kindly ask you to:

Reset my EA Account device activation limit for EA Sports FC 25
If possible, escalate this case to the technical team, because standard troubleshooting doesn’t solve the problem.
