Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of [game name] recently.

I needs help! I haven't been able to play since last night, I'm faced with this error that says my account is being used by multiple computers when in reality that's not true! I opened 4 support chats and the only thing they tell me is to wait 24 hours. Did i pay 150 euros between Ultimate Edition and Fifa Point not to play?

I followed all the guidelines, I changed my password, I uninstalled the ea app, reset the modem but nothing! What do I have to do to be able to play? This error appeared since yesterday morning, last night at midnight I managed to log in after I don't know how many attempts, this morning again with the same error. I paid all this money to play 1 hour a day?

    I still have same problem in november,i waited 24 hours still same issue!!

    You don't deserve a Community Manager stats by teaching us like your daughter who play computer for the first time.

    I just purchased EA Play to test EA FC 25 and get this * error. Same error and suddenly ask me to login to register like the image attachment.

    Now the EA engineering doesn't even help community to solve the issue and need to wait 24 hours. If so why EA needs community managers here ?

    I don't use VPN, I don't have a second PC, I only have my home PC, I've been using this account since 2016, never stolen, never shared data with anyone. I don't use any kind of program

    @PanaD4King Do you use a VPN by any chance? If you do, that could also count as the account being accessed from a different location, which could trigger this error.

    it's not possible, no one has access to my account, I changed my password, I added the two-factor authenticator, and there were no different IPs except mine. In fact, last night I returned, and this morning the error appeared again, despite having changed my password 5 times.

    @PanaD4King Hi there,

    The information you've received from the support team is correct. If you receive this error message, you will need to wait a couple of hours and then try again.

    If your account is not being accessed by you on another device, I suggest that you update your account security details. Someone might be accessing it from a different place, which would be the main reason for this message to appear.
