Transfer market still locked

Hey theBRATS1,
The message will appear in your Ultimate Team™ account in-game when you've unlocked access. If it popped up there for you, the Transfer Market should be open. Could you double-check and see through the Web and Companion App, just in case?
If you don't have Transfer Market access, I'm not sure why a message about it might have popped up. If it appears again, try to grab a screenshot of it.
As for unlocking it in the meantime, I'm sorry, but there isn't a way to grant Transfer Market access. The only way to unlock it is to keep playing the game. We have a guide that shares more about this here:
