Ultimate team not loading

Question

I play FC 25 on PS5. My internet connection is working perfectly. My account has no active bans. All online game modes work perfectly fine except for Ultimate team. It takes too long to load and displays a message that says "Cannot connect to ultimate team at this moment. Please try again later." And the EA servers are functional. I have cleared the system Cache and Rebulit the system's database. I don't know what else I can do. Any suggestion?

Hi there. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
Power it all up and try playing again

I am experiencing the same thing. This happens way too often once there is an update. Last time it went on for hours.&nbsp;
