Hello again, I have nothing more to say than the information I provided in my previous ticket regarding my inability to connect to EA FC25 servers. Endless conversations with your colleagues in live chat will not solve my problem. The problem is clear; my account is unable to connect to EA servers, my expectation is clear; any restrictions placed on my account by EA should be removed and I could be able to reconnect to EA servers.
