Hey @MJRWESLLEYIs it possible that you have unlinked your PlayStation platform account from your EA account before changing the active profile on your Ultimate Team web app?
Hi @EA_Pulsar ,
No issues on connections, it was working normally a few days ago on web app for fc 24. i'm not a new user. (screenshot attached)
- noeyoss10 months agoSeasoned Newcomer@EA_Pulsar Possible to follow up on this? I have the same issue and my account is not unlinked. I even tried relinking it but same issue prevails.

Please, never unlink your platform account while trying to resolve issues as it may only break your account. We have those risks explained on our website Unlinking risks for EA SPORTS FC™ players
Remember also that if your second account does not have early access to the Web app, you will need to unlock it by playing more games on that platform.

Though that's not the issue in the thread. The account is 'unlocked' but when trying to switch, there is some Login Unavailable error as in the image in the original post. Same issue here
