Unable to claim fc premium rewards.

Series X 

Got level 38,39 and 40 rewards claimed but cannot claim the premium rewards. Not sure what is happening at all. Literally just bought it so I could get ribery. Honestly not happy at all with the bugs in this game.

    Tried using the companion app but I've been completely locked out from the rewards tab (it's got a lock picture over it)
