Unable to connect to EA servers

I am trying to play Clubs with some friends but when I click on clubs the screen freezes at the loading screen everytime, and then eventually says "Unable to connect to EA servers". This issue just came about after the most recent update. I am playing on PC. Please Help!!!

    I have the same issue and I am on Xbox.  I can't load into any game mode.  I played other EA games online with no problem.  Trying to get some help now.
